Product overview

What it does, and where it fits.

An eccentric reducer offsets the two bores so that one side of the pipe stays flat through the size change. Fitted flat-side-down a horizontal line drains completely; fitted flat-side-up it will not trap gas at a pump suction. Neither is possible with a concentric reducer.

Construction and lining follow the concentric reducer: ASTM A 106 Gr. B body, B16.5 Class 150 flanges, both flanges fixed as standard, and the same lining pattern in which PTFE is marked on the one-step reductions and the wider steps are listed in PFA and FEP.
