What we can build
Most of what leaves our floor is modified in some way. Bring us the constraint your process imposes — a port angle, an extra jacket, a non-standard bore — and we fabricate the glass and assemblies around it.
Custom fabrication
Send a sketch, a sample, a broken part or a P&ID. We return a dimensioned drawing for your sign-off, fabricate to ±0.1 mm, verify against a method sheet, and deliver with the drawing and a conformance certificate.

Our process
Order matters here — each stage measures what the last one made.
Your sketch, sample or P&ID becomes a dimensioned fabrication drawing, confirmed before the torch is lit.
Borosilicate tube is lathe-turned, blown and shaped by hand to the drawn geometry — walls even, bores true.
Cones, sockets, flanges and tri-clamp ferrules ground and lapped to ISO/DIN and ASME-BPE standards.
PTFE and silicone hose cut, skived and crimped to fittings, then flow- and pressure-checked as an assembly.
Oven-annealed, polariscope-checked for strain, then leak- or vacuum-tested against the method sheet.
Foam-cradled, crate-tested for transit, dispatched with drawings and a certificate of conformance.
