Material control
Borosilicate 3.3 glass, 316L stainless and virgin PTFE — verified on receipt, never substituted for a cheaper grade.
Quality policy
Quality at Lata Scientific isn't a final inspection — it's controlled at every stage, from material selection to the certificate that ships with your order.
Borosilicate 3.3 glass, 316L stainless and virgin PTFE — verified on receipt, never substituted for a cheaper grade.
Joints and fittings machined to ISO/DIN, 3A and ASME-BPE so parts interchange with your existing equipment.
Bores, wall thickness and capacity gauged against the drawing and logged for every unit.
Controlled-cycle annealing with polariscope inspection so glass won't fail cold in service.
Every assembly tested against its method sheet before it is cleared for dispatch.
Test results documented and a certificate of conformance supplied with each order on request.
Everything is fabricated from borosilicate 3.3 — the low-expansion, high-resistance grade specified for reactors and process glass internationally. We do not substitute soda-lime or lower grades.
Dimensional checks, capacity verification and leak/vacuum tests are logged for every unit. A certificate of conformance is supplied with each order on request.
Ground-glass cones and sockets follow ISO/DIN; sanitary fittings and tubes follow 3A and ASME-BPE, with electropolished 316L surfaces to Ra ≤ 0.5 µm where specified.
Units are foam-cradled and crate-tested for road, rail and air freight. We handle dispatch documentation, and glass arrives intact across India.
Yes. Send the part or a sketch and we reverse-engineer it, returning a dimensioned drawing for sign-off before fabrication.
