Vessel
Borosilicate process vessels — spherical vessels from 5 to 200 litres in a single neck build and a three neck build with bottom outlet, and triple wall jacketed vessels for heating, cooling and mixing duty.

These tables govern every item in this category. Product pages carry only their own dimensions.
| Nominal Capacity (Ltrs.) | Bulb Cap (Ltrs.) | Working Cap (Ltrs.) | Maximum Pressure (Bar) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 5 | 4 | 1.0 |
| 10 | 10 | 9 | 0.7 |
| 20 | 21 | 20 | 0.6 |
| 50 | 62 | 58 | 0.4 |
| 100 | 118 | 111 | 0.3 |
| 200 | 212 | 200 | 0.2 |
Transcribed exactly from the catalogue's general data page. It governs both neck builds — the figures depend on capacity, not on the neck arrangement. Note that bulb capacity and working capacity are not the same as the nominal size, and that maximum pressure falls as capacity rises, from 1.0 bar at 5 L to 0.2 bar at 200 L. Size the vessel on the working capacity, and check the pressure figure against your duty.
