What it does, and where it fits.
A concentric reducer changes bore while keeping both ends on the same centre line, which is the normal choice for vertical runs and wherever the pipe centre must not shift. The lined version carries a continuous fluoropolymer bore through the taper.
The catalogue lists 39 size combinations. Note the lining pattern: for most combinations PFA and FEP are marked applicable while PTFE is not, and PTFE becomes available on the combinations where the reduction is by one nominal size — for example 4"×3", 6"×4", 8"×6", 10"×8", 12"×10", 14"×12" and 16"×14". The table below reproduces those marks exactly, row for row.

The catalogue marks PTFE as applicable on the one-step reductions and lists the wider steps in PFA and FEP only. We have reproduced its marks exactly rather than assuming. If you need PTFE on a combination shown as PFA/FEP, send us the duty and we will confirm.
Concentric keeps both ends on one centre line and suits vertical runs. Eccentric keeps one side flat so a horizontal line can stay bottom-flat and drain, or top-flat to avoid trapping gas.
