Product overview

What it does, and where it fits.

The standard stainless double window sight flow indicator: two opposed toughened glass windows in a cast stainless body, giving a large view area and through-illumination viewing of the flow.

Up to 150NB the body is an investment casting, which gives a clean internal form and good surface finish with no weld seams in the flow path. From 200NB upward the body is fabricated. Both carry the same PTFE gaskets and CF8/CF8M/CF3M/CG3M material options.

Face-to-face is compact through the smaller sizes — 127 mm at 25NB to 267 mm at 150NB — then steps up to 520 mm at 200NB where the fabricated construction begins.

Up to 150NB the body is an investment casting, which gives a clean internal form with no weld seams. Above that the casting becomes impractical, so bodies are fabricated.

That is the change from cast to fabricated construction at 200NB. Take the figure from the table rather than interpolating.
