Product overview
What it does, and where it fits.
The polypropylene tubular model pairs PP flanges with a borosilicate 3.3 glass tube and PTFE gaskets. It gives the full-bore 360° visibility of a tubular unit while resisting the aqueous acids, alkalis and salts that attack steel — at a fraction of the weight of a metallic unit.
Sizes run 25NB to 150NB with face to face of 190 mm up to 50NB and 200 mm above. Tie rods and fasteners can be G.I., PP, A2 or CF8 depending on the external environment, and special sizes can be provided on request.
Features
Built into every unit.
- Polypropylene flanges with borosilicate 3.3 glass tube
- Strong and durable design at low weight
- Ideal for usage in corrosive conditions

FAQ
Questions we are asked about this item.
This one gives 360° visibility over the length of a glass tube; the double window model has two opposed ports. The PP tubular uses PTFE gaskets, while the PP double window uses silicone.
G.I. is the default; PP where the external environment is corrosive; A2 or CF8 where strength and corrosion resistance are both needed.
